Sweco expands in Belgium

Sweco is acquiring the operations of HaskoningDHV Belgium after concluding an asset purchase agreement with Royal HaskoningDHV. HaskoningDHV Belgium is specialised in soil investigations and decontamination, environmental impact assessments and integrated area development. This acquisition will further strengthen Sweco’s position on the Belgian market.

HaskoningDHV Belgium, which operates from Mechelen and Namur, offers services within soil investigations and decontamination, environmental impact assessments and integrated area development. The company’s 36 highly qualified experts will be employed by Sweco as of January 2nd 2018.
