Sweco’s Sustainability Report 2025
The report describes Sweco’s view on sustainability and our role to achieve sustainable development through client projects and in our own operations. It describes the main risks and opportunities, our sustainability goals, and accomplished results for our material topics. Sweco’s sustainability report for 2025 constitutes Sweco Group’s statutory sustainability report in accordance with the Swedish Annual Accounts Act and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The sustainability report for 2025 has been subject to a limited assurance conducted by Sweco’s external auditor, Ernst & Young.
The number of client projects Sweco conducts each year. Our greatest contribution to sustainable development is through consultancy services in client projects.
Sweco’s climate target is to achieve net-zero by 2040 and to halve the company’s emissions by 2030 from base year 2020 levels.
The share of women in Sweco. The target is having 40 per cent female employees Group-wide by 2040.
