SWECO managing refurbishment of Stockmann department store in Helsinki
CM-Urakointi’s contract extends to procurement of subcontractors and construction management. The changes to the department store will include 10,000 square metres of additional selling space, three new underground parking levels and an entirely new top-floor restaurant seating 950.
