Audit
Sweco’s statutory auditor is appointed annually by the Annual General Meeting to review the company’s financial reporting and the administration of the Board of Directors and the President and CEO.
The audit is conducted on behalf of the shareholders to ensure accurate accounting and transparent reporting. At the Annual General Meeting 2025, the audit firm Ernst & Young AB was elected as Sweco’s statutory auditor, with Jonas Svensson as chief auditor, for the period until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting 2026.
