Modern working environment with high standards and sustainable solutions

The sculptural design of the building’s corners and the spacious entrance area presents an eye caching expression and focal point at this prominent urban location. The facade creates an expressive effect through its spatial depth. The office spaces, including the staff and recreation areas, are distributed over 7 floors. They are modularly designed so that future changes can be implemented quickly, individually, and economically. Focus has been on creating innovative and efficient multi-space areas with small offices, open-plan offices, lounges, telephone kiosks, and meeting rooms.

Modularly design in 7 floors

The high-quality, sustainable office spaces feature flexible furniture that creates a comfortable work environment that’s easy to customise. Parts of the interior of the facility are Cradle to Cradle certified and therefore recyclable, including curtains and carpeting. State-of-the-art media technology is provided in all rooms. Workstations, conference rooms and lockers are booked via an app solution, which also allows access to the underground parking area. Ventilation, lighting and shading are independently controlled via sensors in an energy-efficient manner.

In addition to parking spaces for cars, numerous bicycle-stands and e-bike charging stations have been created outside.
