Corporate governance
Sweco’s corporate governance framework ensures transparency, accountability and responsible leadership across the organisation. It is designed to support sustainable value creation and meet the expectations of shareholders and other stakeholders.
Sweco AB is a public limited liability company with its registered office in Stockholm, Sweden. The company’s corporate governance is based on the Swedish Companies Act, Sweco’s Articles of Association, Nasdaq Stockholm’s Nordic Main Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares, the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, and other applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
In accordance with the Swedish Companies Act and the Articles of Association, governance, management and control are divided between the shareholders at the Shareholders’ Meeting, the Board of Directors and the President & CEO.
Sweco’s Corporate Governance Report is available below. The report has been prepared in compliance with the Swedish Corporate Governance Code and the Swedish Annual Accounts Act and has been reviewed by the company’s statutory auditors.
